By booking with Moat Farm Barns, you are agreeing to the following conditions:

Terms & Conditions

​

• The person making the booking is responsible for any damage caused during your stay.

• Under no circumstances are parties or functions permitted in the properties. In the event that this clause in breached, the owner reserves the right to evict all guests immediately and payment will be forfeited. 

• The lead guest must be over 18 years of age.

• All guests must respect the peace and privacy of other guests during their stay.

• Any breakages or damage must be reported as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue.

 

Dogs

​

• Dogs must not be left unattended in the barns at any time.

• Dogs must stay in the living/kitchen area and all doors to the bedrooms must be kept shut at all times when dogs are present.

• The throws provided must be used to protect the sofas during your stay with a dog.

• Guests must ensure that they pick up after their dogs.

• Dogs must be kept quiet and under control at all times. 

 

If any damage is caused by your dog during your stay, we reserve the right to be compensated in full for the cost of making the damage good.

 

Walking

​

• There are many footpaths and bridleways around our farm which you are welcome to enjoy.  However, guests must keep to the designated paths as this is a working farm.

 

Farm Yard

​

• Please take great care in the farm yard.  Guests enjoy our property at their own risk and we at Moat Farm Barns cannot take any responsibility for any injury, howsoever caused.
